CEO Michael Ormsby is our thought leader and industry expert, with expertise in best-practice education, distance education, career education, curriculum development, and e-learning solutions. He oversees tech development, education online, and program management and delivery. He also manages our design team.

Our team of educators, instructional designers, writers, Flash developers, and programmers focus on research and courseware development, implementation and assessment of best-practice learning solutions for distance education, and support for those with educational challenges.

Michael also serves as Essential Ed's primary consultant for enterprise, nonprofit, and business learning communities.
